★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vez saque cita con el notario para una escritura, cuando llegue me dijeron que el notario estaba un poco retrasado en sus tiempos y me atendió una hora y media después, cosa que habla muy mal de la seriedad y compromiso del notario. Luego la señorita que me atendio me pidió toda la documentación por partes, tuve que ir mas de una ocasión a la notaria y no se notaba que le diera seguimiento rapido a mi asunto, le hablaba casi diario y me decia que tenian mucho trabajo. Se me hizo excesivo el costo de la escrituración, muy mala atención y muy tardado. Y ademas todas las veces que fui a la notaria, se encontraba muy sucia, parece que no tienen personal del aseo.
Once I made an appointment with the notary for a deed, when I arrived they told me that the notary was a bit behind schedule and he attended me an hour and a half later, which speaks very badly of the notary's seriousness and commitment. Then the lady who attended me asked me for all the documentation in parts, I had to go to the notary on more than one occasion and it was not noticeable that she was giving quick follow-up to my matter, she spoke to her almost daily and told me that they had a lot of work. The cost of the deed was excessive, very bad service and too late. And also every time I went to the notary, it was very dirty, it seems that they do not have cleaning staff.
