★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, después de casi 3 años no me han dado fecha para testar, voy a preguntar y esta una señora de la tercera edad que es muy grosera y prepotente, solo me dice No hay nada si le interesa venga tal día y voy el día que me dice y nada, es super prepotente ni siquiera me da alguna explicación, quisiera saber donde puedo poner una queja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, desde enero estoy tratando de liberar unas escrituras y al día de hoy, me tienen con una y mil excusas para no terminar el trámite. pagué inclusive para que fuera más rápida la liberación y ni así, Si yo no les hablo, ellos no se preocupan por hablar con el cliente; la única llamada que me hicieron fue para cobrarme y de ahí, no hay forma que ellos me hablen para decirme como va mi trámirte.
Fue lo peor que pude hace, elegir esta Notaría para hacer mis trámites, NO SE LA RECOMIENDO A NADIE!!
Terrible service, since January I have been trying to free some deeds and to this day, they have me with one and a thousand excuses for not finishing the process. I even paid for the release to be faster and not even like that. If I don't talk to them, they don't bother to talk to the client; the only call they made was to charge me and from there, there is no way that they will talk to me to tell me how my processing is going.
It was the worst thing I could do, choose this Notary to do my paperwork, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE !!
