★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar para llevar a cabo el proceso de compra venta de una propiedad, de verdad ni siquiera se paren en esta notaria, yo me arrepiento.
Al comentarles que quería cancelar el proceso y que me devolvieran el dinero simplemente no tuve respuesta. Cuatro años esperando respuesta y sin importar cuantas veces les llame, los visite NUNCA me han dado una solución al problema.
Busquen un lugar mejor.

When I told them that I wanted to cancel the process and get my money back, I simply had no response. Four years waiting for an answer and no matter how many times I call them, visit them, they have NEVER given me a solution to the problem.
Find a better place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan el teléfono. Sus servicios notariales son deficientes y tardan literalmente AÑOS en terminarlos. Por ejemplo, llevo ya más de un año en tratar de tramitar la escritura de mi casa y nomas me han dado largas y excusas barateras para alargar el proceso. El señor Licenciado Notarial en su vida da la cara para resolver los conflictos y la notaría internamente está peleada entre sus trabajadores, estos a su vez para no resolver un problema se pasan la culpa entre ellos pero el afectado, como siempre, es el cliente.
They never answer the phone. Their notary services are poor and take literally YEARS to complete. For example, I have been trying to process the deed to my house for more than a year and they have just given me long and cheap excuses to lengthen the process. The Notary Public in his life shows his face to resolve conflicts and the notary's office is internally fought among its workers, these in turn, in order not to solve a problem, pass the blame between them but the affected one, as always, is the client.
