★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención telefónica. La secretaria es grosera y con poco tacto. La experiencia como cliente es desagradable. Quiero pensar que la atención del resto del personal no es igual.
 Bad telephone attention. The secretary is rude and with little touch. Customer experience is unpleasant. I want to think that the attention of the rest of the staff is not the same.
