★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que eran la notaria 3 se me defraudó con el traslado de dominio, ahora como notaría 38, llevo prácticamente dos años con el mismo tema, te dicen que el trámite ya quedó y total que en catastro del estado ni siquiera tienen en proceso trámite alguno. Pésimo servicio y mala atención.
Since I was the notary 3 I was disappointed with the transfer of domain, now as notary 38, I have been practically two years with the same issue, they tell you that the process is over and total that in the state cadastre they do not even have any formalities in process . Terrible service and bad attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, en especial de Alejandro Martin del Campo. Buenísimos para cobrar, pésimos para entregar una escritura. Más de 8 meses sin que entreguen el documento y jamás se comunican para explicarle al cliente el status del trámite. Pero cuando quieren primero atraer el asunto a su notaría, muy amables. Una vez pagado, jamás atienden al cliente. Evítense pérdida de tiempo y costos excesivos. Hay alternativas para poder hacer sus escrituras en otra notaría.
Terrible customer service, especially from Alejandro Martin del Campo. Very good to collect, terrible to deliver a deed. More than 8 months without the document being delivered and they never communicate to explain to the client the status of the procedure. But when they first want to bring the matter up to their notary's office, they are very nice. Once paid, they never serve the customer. Avoid waste of time and excessive costs. There are alternatives to be able to do your deeds in another notary's office.
