I did some paperwork there and they are messy, only until they are paid a second time for mistakes of their own, they do the work for you. Do not recommend this Notary, look for another place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO , soy asesor inmobiliario y nunca me había tocado que una notaria hiciera mal el calculo de impuestos del comprador, tuve una operación entre particulares con Infonavit, nos atendió Claudia Briones, firmamos escrituras y al día siguiente nos manda hablar porque no se calculo bien el tema de impuestos y el comprador salió con una diferencia a cubrir a la notaria. Malamente no se hacen responsables, tuve que ayudar a mis clientes Económicamente ya que condicionaron a no finalizar el proceso sin antes liquidar un error que ellos cometieron. PRIMERA Y ULTIMA VEZ QUE TRAMIGO ALGO EN LA NOTARIA, no se hacen responsables por sus errores, batallas para que te den seguimiento del tramite, responden de mala gana. PESIMO TODO !!!
AWFUL SERVICE, I am a real estate consultant and I had never had a notary do the wrong calculation of the buyer's taxes, I had an operation between individuals with Infonavit, Claudia Briones assisted us, we signed deeds and the next day she sent us to speak because it was not calculated well the issue of taxes and the buyer left with a difference to cover the notary. Unfortunately they are not responsible, I had to help my clients financially since they conditioned not to finish the process without first liquidating a mistake they made. FIRST AND LAST TIME I TRAMIGO SOMETHING IN THE NOTARY, they are not responsible for their mistakes, battles to follow up on the process, they respond reluctantly. WE WEIGHT EVERYTHING!!!

Pagamos buen dinero para que ahora nos digan que ellos no saben y se pasen la pelota entre la licenciada y ellos. Los llamo y me dicen que ellos no tienen nada que ver con las escrituras pero entonces para que estan y para que se les pago lo que se les pago? Si estoy equivocada diganme y retiro lo dicho pero nadie quiere hacerse responsable.

I call them and they tell me that they have nothing to do with the deeds but then why are they here and why are they paid what they were paid? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice tramite de Infonavit y me salieron con que no estaban validados después de 2 meses , no dan seguimiento no te responden . se volvió a meter y nuevamente rechazados , falta de profesionalismo y conocimiento en el ramo. para que brindan un servicio que no saben realizar
