Para que me confirmen de recibido un correo eh llamada durante dos semanas tres veces por día y aún no logran hacerlo jajajaja. Y jamás te regresaran una llamada van tres ocasiones que me dicen que lo harán y nada, En fin sí leen esto deberían de poner cuidado al servicio al cliente, sí tienen mucho trabajo y no pueden con ese flujo deberían de ser realistas y tener menos clientes.
Terrible attention You have to chase them so that they do very unprofessional work. To confirm that I received an e-mail call for two weeks three times a day and still can't do it hahahaha. And they will never call you back three times that tell me they will do it and nothing, In short if they read this they should be careful to customer service, if they have a lot of work and can not with that flow should be realistic and have fewer customers .
