La Srita de Recepción amable.
Comencé mi trámite con esta notaría porque el Banco me la asignó pero el trato que recibí por parte de la Lic Martha Bautista fue muy poco profesional y déspota( la traté en persona y por telefono). La Licenciada me decía una cosa y después cambiaba su contexto frente al banco. Ella nunca dió seguimiento a mi solicitud yo era la que solicitaba informes y estatus, al final parecía que les hacia un favor. Perdí 2 meses esperando que resolvieran con Registro Público para que al final esta licenciada me dijera que no se realizó la solicitud de manera formal (solo fue verbal su petición al IFREM). Al final terminé cancelando mi crédito hipotecario con el banco.
I share my experience:
The friendly reception lady.
I started my procedure with this notary because the Bank assigned it to me, but the treatment I received from Lic Martha Bautista was very unprofessional and despotic (I treated her in person and by phone). The lawyer told me one thing and then changed her context in front of the bank. She never followed up on my request, I was the one requesting information and status, in the end it seemed like I was doing them a favor. I wasted 2 months waiting for them to resolve with the Public Registry so that in the end this licensee told me that the request was not made formally (her request to the IFREM was only verbal). In the end I ended up canceling my mortgage loan with the bank.
