★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues segun en el cambio de instalaciones no saben en donde se filtró mi expediente y me dicen que llame cada 15 días para que lo busquen pero cada vez que llamo parece que apenas lo van a buscar , por qué según la licenciada que me está atendiendo va a ver al archivo a ver si ya lo encontraron y quedan en marcarme y nunca lo hacen . Así me traen desde hace más de 3 meses . Y cuando le pregunté a la licenciada que si estaba perdido que procedía solo me responde : “No se “ y me dice que me vuelva a comunicar . Sería más fácil que me dijeran que ya lo perdieron a traerme así . Muy informal la licenciada que me tocó.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pierden expedientes, no te dan número de cliente, pierden dinero (aun y cuando sean transferencias electrónicas) déspotas, parece que pides limosna o que trabajen sin pagarles, no contestan el teléfono o si no les parece el reclamo te cuelgan y ya no contestan las llamadas, lo peor del cso, es que te hacen perder tiempo, dinero y finalmente te dicen que como cliente eres el culpable de la situación y no te dan el servicio.
Terrible service, they lose files, they don't give you a customer number, they lose money (even when they are electronic transfers) despots, it seems that you ask for alms or that they work without paying them, they do not answer the phone or if they do not think the claim they hang up on you and now They do not answer the calls, the worst thing about the case is that they waste time, money and finally they tell you that as a customer you are the culprit of the situation and they do not give you the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El 11 de abril envié un documento para realizar un ademdum a la escritura que no estaba completa en la identificación del inmueble referido y a la fecha no me lo han entregado al principio me han dado solo excusas y ahora la Licencia da a cargo me envía con su utudanta para darme excusas por esto me tienen parada una operación comercial 1.5 millones y de cual dependo ya que padezco de esclerosis multiple y necesito mi tratamiento.
