★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi caso me ofrecieron un tiempo estimado de dos meses, se llevó más tiempo del acordado, y de parte de la licenciada que atendió mi caso no hubo el seguimiento adecuado al cliente nunca notifico el estatus de mi caso.
Tomemos esta crítica constructiva para mejorar su servicio.
