★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se negaron a darme cotización de un trámite por teléfono, pues quieren que vayas presencialmente. En estos tiempos de pandemia es muy riesgoso algo así. Además, no sé a quién tengan en el teléfono/recepción pero su atención deja mucho qué desear; como si no tuviera ganas de contestarte las preguntas que le haces para contratar sus servicios.
They refused to give me a quote for a procedure over the phone, because they want you to go in person. In these times of pandemic, something like this is very risky. Also, I don't know who they have on the phone / reception but their attention leaves a lot to be desired; as if he did not want to answer the questions you ask him to hire his services.
