(Of course, the procedure was paid in advance), and Mr. Jesús Murillo, after five months they tell me to go to the property registry in Chapala to check how my procedure was going, that is, I was going to make them part of their responsibility , I went and spoke with the secretary and they told me that they had just brought the document (5 months after starting my procedure) if I had not gone to review I would never have known that my paper was ready, I speak again to the notary and they throw blame infonavit, at that very moment I tell them they are wrong that the document is ready, they just need to go and pick it up. Only then could I get rid of my need, by my means, but I'm sure I was still waiting. They should be more professional providing better customer service so that we can recommend them but with those attitudes they leave much to be desired, I hope they do something. For my part I do not recommend them! Nor do I go back to do a paperwork with them.
