★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio. Nunca pueden entrar las llamadas. Cuando finalmente te contestan te cuelgan. Cuando uno va personalmente no le ponen interés a los trámites muy tardado para una escrituración.
Bad service. Calls can never come through. When they finally answer, they hang up on you. When you go in person, they do not pay attention to the very long procedures for a deed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en recepción es pésima, quien me atendió en el trámite fue amable pero me dieron muchas largas, y cuando fui por un documento me dieron el equivocado, hay que estar atrás de ellos apurándolos y siempre se “corta la llamada.”
The attention at the reception is terrible, the person who assisted me in the procedure was kind but they gave me a lot of delays, and when I went for a document they gave me the wrong one, you have to be behind them rushing them and the call is always "cut off."

No responden, cuando responden siempre están en firmas, nunca regresan la llamada , te dan largas de que mañana, el viernes dentro de 15 dias y así pasan 3 años y tu documentación no está lista.
Definitely lousy. 0 recommended. Don't even think of doing paperwork.
They don't answer, when they answer they are always in signatures, they never return the call, they give you long that tomorrow, Friday in 15 days and so 3 years go by and your documentation is not ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cero recomendable. No dan seguimiento a los trámites, te hacen estar llamando cada semana y cuando tienes suerte y te contestan el teléfono es sólo para dar la misma respuesta. Culpan al RPP por la demora en tus escrituras y ni han iniciado el trámite.
Todo mal!
Zero recommended. They do not follow up on the procedures, they make you call every week and when you are lucky and they answer the phone it is only to give the same answer. They blame the RPP for the delay in your deeds and they have not even started the process.
