★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, cuidado con esta notaría no atienden los trámites de forma correcta, están inhabilitados por el catastro de Cholula. Llevo 2 años con una escrituración y han cambiado de gestores muchísimo, no dan seguimiento correctamente y sigue sin resolverse.
 Terrible service, be careful with this notary's office, they do not attend the procedures correctly, they are disabled by the Cholula cadastre. I have been with a deed for 2 years and they have changed managers a lot, they do not follow up correctly and it remains unresolved.
