The entrance and reception staff are quite disastrous and not friendly at all, there is no tact or empathy towards people… they get annoyed because they arrive early, everything is very bureaucratic

La señorita que me atendió ni cubrebocas traía me atendió a prisa y no había nadie más , no me dió ni un recibo que pague y dejé mi título que porque iba llegando y no tenía como porque a penas iba a prender su computadora. No aceptan pago con tarjeta solo efectivo
A la entrada te piden identificación oficial los mails no los contestan.
Desde q la encontré escribí un correo y nunca contestaron mi dudas. No escriban correo porq no contestan.
Request a certified copy of my title. I arrived at 8am because Google maps says that time but it is 8:30 so I had to wait. From Monday to Friday 8:30 to 4 and on Fridays they close at 3.
The lady who attended me didn't even have a mask, she attended me in a hurry and there was no one else, she didn't even give me a receipt to pay and I left my title because it was coming and I didn't have anything because she was barely going to turn on her computer. They do not accept card payment only cash
At the entrance they ask you for official identification, they do not answer emails.
Since I found it I wrote an email and they never answered my questions. Do not write mail because they do not answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de ir a la notaría. Tengo tres asuntos pendientes y llegué a buscar asesoría con un abogado. El policía de la entrada me dijo que era con cita únicamente . Le pedí si podía avisar y me dio una tarjeta pidiéndome que yo hiciera la llamada , la hice y nadie contestó. Le indique al policía , y me dijo que era el único teléfono. Le comenté que si así sería el servicio quizás me convenía buscar otra opción. El me dijo "creo es lo mejor". Quieren vivir la experiencia ?
I just went to the notary. I have three pending issues and I came to seek advice from a lawyer. The policeman at the gate told me it was by appointment only. I asked him if I could let him know and he gave me a card asking me to make the call, I made it and no one answered. I told the policeman, and he told me that it was the only phone.
