★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionado con su atención, su servicio y su puntualidad. Debieron de entregarme un contrato notariado entre un lapso de tres a siete días. Se demoraron casi tres semanas y para él colmo...me ofrecieron información errónea con respecto al estado de transcurso del mismo.
Disappointed with your attention, your service and your punctuality. They must have given me a notarized contract within a period of three to seven days. It took almost three weeks and to top it off ... they offered me wrong information regarding the status of the event.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio la señora Yolanda (digo señora porque no merece el titulo de empleada) me dio largas durante meses diciendo que iba a investigar una escritura pendiente. Nunca me dio seguimiento yo tuve que preguntarle para al final decirme mentiras como excusas que no quedaba y queriendo dar mi caso como si fuera la papá caliente a otra persona como siempre se hace cuando un cliente está molestando según. (quiero decir que nunca he sido grosero o mal educado en mi forma de hablar. Nada más que como ya pague todo no soy un cliente con quién les interesa dar atención) al final, la señora Yolanda me bloqueó en WhatsApp sin avisar cuando le estaba pidiendo un número con quién pedir seguimiento. Hice la compra de una propriedad en 2018, estamos por llegar en 2022 y todavía no queda la escritura. Y por eso al parecer estoy molestando ... Vaya que profesionalismo me encanta !
Terrible service Mrs. Yolanda (I say madam because she does not deserve the title of employee) put me off for months saying that she was going to investigate a pending deed. He never followed up with me, I had to ask him to finally tell me lies as excuses that he did not stay and wanting to give my case as if I were the hot dad to another person as is always done when a client is bothering according to. (I mean that I have never been rude or impolite in my way of speaking. Nothing more than as I already pay for everything, I am not a customer with whom they are interested in paying attention) in the end, Mrs. Yolanda blocked me on WhatsApp without notifying when I was asking for a number with whom to follow up. I made the purchase of a property in 2018, we are about to arrive in 2022 and there is still no deed. And so it seems I'm bothering ... Boy what professionalism I love!

La señora CECILIA LAZO HERNANDEZ quien dice ser la Notaria Auxiliar, así como su esposo EL POLITICO MARCO POLO CARBALLO quien forma parte de partido MORENA y el Notario Titular HECTOR RODRIGO SANSORES LOPEZ son unos ladrones, jinetean el dinero de las escrituras, dan información falsa a sus clientes y no respetan los pagos de nadie, inclusive de la gente que les lleva trabajo todos los días!!!! NO LA RECOMIENDO NADA!!!!!!!!
TERRIBLE SERVICE. They are thieves, they steal other people's money. Terrible customer service, slow and deliver everything poorly done. Mrs. CECILIA LAZO HERNANDEZ, who claims to be the Auxiliary Notary, as well as her husband, THE POLITICIAN MARCO POLO CARBALLO, who is part of the MORENA party, and the Head Notary HECTOR RODRIGO SANSORES LOPEZ, are thieves, they cheat money from the deeds, they give false information to their clients and do not respect anyone's payments, including the people who work for them every day!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT ANYTHING!!!!!!!!
