★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio desde el inicio. Pides cotización, pasa una semana y sigues esperando. Parece que te hacen un favor. Llamas y siempre están ocupados y aunque piden tus datos para regresar la llamada, nunca lo hacen.
Terrible service from the start. You ask for a quote, a week goes by and you keep waiting. They seem to be doing you a favor. You call and they are always busy and although they ask for your information to return the call, they never do.

Fingen demencia, no contestan, mienten, te traen vuelta y vuelta y no resuelven nada, y si los dejas, descubres que todo ese tiempo que no estuviste sobre de ellos no avanzaron nada con tu situación. Pésimo servicio. No la recomiendo en lo absoluto, trabajan muy muy muy mal.
Terrible their service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio muy tardado... porque realmente no concluyen el tramite, te cobran y no devuelven el dinero. Para un testamento se tardan meses, no te dan respuesta concreta, después cambian de criterio y lo peor se les paga por adelantado algo que nunca te entregan y que además te ponen muchas trabas para la devolución del dinero.
