★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De verdad chequen bien antes de hacer algún trámite aquí ya que deja mucho que desear su pésimo servicio, no tienen respeto por el tiempo de sus clientes, de verdad busquen otras opciones yo para un trámite de testamento llevo más de 7 meses y no he podido firmar, ya estoy viendo opciones de cancelar el trámite aquí y buscar en otro lado

Después de insistir para la firma del testamento, me citaron y llevo una hora esperando al Lic Carlos Amaya que no aparece. Me pasaron con el Lic Gabriel y sigo esperando.
En realidad no va uno a firmar solamente, sino que en ese momento se ponen a trabajar llenando la información para generar el testamento.
En verdad hace falta un canal formal para este tipo de quejas.

El servicio post-venta es muy desorganizado. No dan seguimiento a los trámites de testamento y solo dicen que hubo mucha demanda, pero no pueden dar tiempos reales de espera. Se les va a juntar con el mes del testamento 2022.

Llevo más de un año sin poder firmar una escritura, no te contestan, te dan largas, pretextos.
No la recomiendo en nada, no son profesionales y marcan diario otra cobrar, pero para tus tramites no contestan.
Terrible notary, she is the worst I have ever worked with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dudaba en ir por los comentarios y calificaciones, pero mi trámite salió muy rápido, en menos de lo que lo esperaba, excelente atención del Lic. Christian, todo muy ágil, claro. Sin duda la recomiendo. De las 8 notarías que consulte fue la única que me dio respuesta como lo requería. Las demás me siguen teniendo en espera.
I was hesitant to go because of the comments and qualifications, but my procedure went very quickly, in less time than I expected, excellent attention from Lic. Christian, all very agile, of course.
