★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se tardaron mas de un año y medio para entregarme una corrección de testimonio sobre algo que ellos elaboraron mal. Un tramite de lo mas básico y sencillo de hacer, lo lograron en un tiempo ridículo de entrega.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a esta notaria por que la inmobiliaria donde compre me recomendó. Los tiempos son totalmente ridículos en comparación a otras notarias. Hice una escrituración ahí y cuando nos atendieron todo fue muy amable y todo perfecto. El problema son los tiempos que atrasan mucho los procesos. Incluso en la entrega van 7 meses y no me han dado mi escritura. Y en otra notaria a mis suegros en mes y medio les dieron sus escrituras en este año. Aparte marcas a la notaria y si es para preguntar por un trámite que ya esta hecho te contestan de mala gana y si es para poder hacer un trámite con ellos ahí si te responden muy amables y todo. En pocas palabras cuando ya les diste el trabajo se olvidan de quien les pagó en tiempo y forma. Si les urge su trámite busquen otra opción. Gracias por leer. Saludos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El banco nos asignó por desgracia está notaría desde hace 6 meses y aún no salgo del proceso para la compra de una vivienda, es sorprendente la falta de ética y eficiencia de está notaría. Debería el colegio de notarios cancelarles el registro por la pésima capacidad para atender y gestionar trámites.
Sin embargo, debo reconocer la gran desfachatez para dar pretextos y largas a procedimientos que en otras notarías resuelven en menor tiempo.
En gral si pueden eviten y huyan de ella.
