★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La notaria es una inconsciente, ratera. No entiende que hay situaciones externas entre las compras- ventas y aún así quiere cobrar por un servicio que no completó. Es una irrespetuosa aún con el vendedor que la recomendó. Muy muy mal. Si pueden evitenla.
The notary is an unconscious, thief. He does not understand that there are external situations between purchases-sales and still wants to charge for a service that he did not complete. It is disrespectful even with the seller who recommended it. Very very bad. If you can avoid it.
