★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio al cliente, y eso que uno está pagando y todavía parece que le tienen que hacer el favor, esa secretaría si contestara más rápido y con mejor eficiencia le pide uno algo y tarda días si no es que semana y media en dar respuesta. para algo tan simple. que se supone deben de saber. no vuelvo a hacer trámites en esta notaría.
Lousy customer service, and that one is paying and it still seems that they have to do you a favor, if that secretary answered faster and with better efficiency, one asks for something and it takes days if not a week and a half to respond. for something so simple. what they are supposed to know. I will not do paperwork in this notary's office again.
