★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo para nada esta Notaría. Tienes que estar atrás de ellos si no, ¡¡¡no te hacen nada!!! Son muy informales, te dicen que te llamarán y nunca lo hacen, tienes tú qué estarles recordando que hagan su trabajo. No me sorprende la puntuación pésima que tiene.
I do not recommend this Notary at all. You have to be behind them if not, they do not do anything to you !!! They are very informal, they tell you they will call you and they never do it, you have to be reminded to do their job. I'm not surprised by the terrible score it has.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No la recomiendo. Han pasado tres años y solo nos dicen mentiras una y otra vez. Nos han dado fecha de entrega más de 10 veces para cancelar por supuestos problemas con El IFREM . Que supuestamente el 9 de octubre esta notaría ingresó 200 trámites y en esos incluía el nuestro, esto en el 2016.
Luego que había problemas entre el Notario y el Gestor. Que ya les habían entregado más del 60% y así nos han traído a vueltas.
Hemos ido en varias ocasiones y son mentiras y excusas una y otra vez. Han cambiado varias veces de Notario y hasta la fecha no entregan nada.

I do not recommend it. It's been three years and they just tell us lies over and over again. They have given us a delivery date more than 10 times to cancel due to alleged problems with the IFREM. That supposedly on October 9, this notary's office entered 200 procedures and those included ours, this in 2016.
Then there were problems between the Notary and the Manager. That they had already delivered more than 60% and that is how they have brought us back.
We have been there several times and they are lies and excuses again and again. They have changed notary public several times and to date they have not delivered anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima notaría, pésimo servicio, llevo más de un año esperando a que ingresen una escritura al registro público, en marzo de 2020 empezó mi viacrucis, y en agosto del 2020 se comprometieron a qué quedaría, y es fecha, junio de 2021 que me siguen dando largas y excusas, no hagan trámites en este lugar, nadie da la cara, y de profesionalismo ni hablemos, mentira tras mentira a la gente que confía en ellos, cabe mencionar que este trámite se hizo desde 2013, y se escudan de que "fue error de antiguas administraciones", todos los que abajo dicen excelente notaria, y que curiosamente "todas" son de hace 9 meses, seguramente son personal de ahí o familiares y amigos, chequen las más antiguas y verán que servicio tan pésimo ofrecen ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por su propio bien no vayan ahí es horrible, la peor experiencía de todas. Nada profesionales nunca contestan las llamadas y cuando lo hacen es de mala manera y sin nada de información sobre tu caso, llevo más de 4 años atrás de ellos sin que puedan hacer su trabajo. NEFASTOS!
For your own good, don't go there. It's horrible, the worst experience of all. Nothing professionals ever answer calls and when they do it is in a bad way and without any information about your case, I have been behind them for more than 4 years without them being able to do their job. UNFORGETTABLE!
