★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Nunca hay una persona que te dé estatus de tus trámites. Solamente yendo en persona te atienden, pero te dicen que no esta listo tu trámite, que te comuniques a sus teléfonos con tal o cual persona. La cual jamás contesta su linea.
Terrible service. There is never a person who gives you status of your procedures. Only going in person do they take care of you, but they tell you that your procedure is not ready, that you contact this or that person on their phones. Which never answers his line.

Dial by phone to ask for requirements and if I have to make an appointment for a procedure that I require and they told me that I have to go in person, do you doubt? So what do you use your phone for? Terrible attention I do not recommend it
