★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy al acudir a la notaria y tener dudas sobre su proceso, la recepcionista procedió a llamar a alguien y decirles "se me pusieron bien locas". Cuando le comente a la licenciada que nos atendió que ese comentario fue "poco profesional", su trato con nosotros cambió.
Pueden esperar un servicio eficiente pero no esperen un trato profesional.
Today when going to the notary and having doubts about their process, the receptionist proceeded to call someone and tell them "they made me really crazy." When I told the attorney who attended us that this comment was "unprofessional", her treatment with us changed.
You can expect efficient service but don't expect professional treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. 8 meses y mi documentación no está lista. Y tienes que estar atrás porque ellos no son para avisar ni dar seguimiento a sus incumplimientos en fechas. Te dan largas y largas con los mismos argumentos siempre. Estoy preocupada por mi trámite y ya no sé ni qué pensar.

Y ahorra ya ni nos contestan los mensajes y llamadas, después de haber pagado 70 mil pesos en gastos notariales. Exigimos una cita para que nos expliquen que hicieron con los 70 mil pesos, pero hasta la fecha no ha sido atendida
