Intenté comunicarme con el Notario Ignacio Soto sobreyra y nunca recibió mis llamada y mucho menos contesto mis correos. M	MARILU YANETH HERNÁNDEZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo Servicio, Mi primer tramite en la notaria 13 de la CDMX fue una escrituración de un departamento un VIACRUSIS, no realizaron la cancelación de hipoteca del vendedor, aún cuando yo extendí un cheque como anticipo para pago de hipoteca que realizarían en la notaria, mi falta de experiencia y el cinismo del notario llegaron a ENTREGARME UNA ESCRITURA QUE PASO POR JORNADA NOTARIAL SIN LA CANCELACIÓN DE LA HIPOTECA, cuando quise vender el inmueble fue un verdadero conflicto localizar al vendedor para solicitar en el INFONAVIT la carta de instrucción para la cancelación, un año para lograr este tramite que TUVIERON EL CINISMO DE COBRARME LOS MUY INEPTOS DE ESTA INSTITUCIÓN. Cuando intento adquirir otro inmueble dejo un deposito de $10,000 no realizo un contrato de compraventa y los vendedores continúan promoviendo el inmueble ya que el tramite de la documentación es muy tardado, por lo que solicito la cancelación de la operación, hablando con el Lic. Luis Castillo me comenta que se me devolverá la diferencia del dinero gastado en los tramites realizados al día de hoy, cuando me presento para solicitar la diferencia de mi anticipo solo me comprueba $6, 750, el resto no me lo pueden comprobar y cínicamente me dicen que ya no lo pueden devolver. ES UNA CUEVA DE RATEROS Y TRANZAS, TIENEN COSTOS MUY ALTOS, en comparación con notarias cercanas como la NOTARIA 233, O EN LA NOTARIA 5 LOS PRESUPUESTOS SON DE MAS DEL DOBLE DE DIFERENCIA.
