★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Requerimos informacion para pasar por una escritura que ya debe estar lista y nadie contesta el telefono de su notaria. estamos en el horario informado en la grabacion que sale cuando intenta uno comunicarse con una persona... podrian dejar grabado los DIAS habiles de su notaria... hoy el 6 de Enero, 2015.
 We require information to go through a deed that must be ready and nobody answers your notary's phone number. We are on the schedule informed in the recording that comes out when you try to communicate with a person ... they could leave recorded the working days of your notary ... today on January 6, 2015.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las veces que llame jamas contestaron. Los correos jamas los contestaron. La unica vez que logre que me contestaran fue de la manera mas grosera posible y tardaron mas de 3 años en entregarme mis escrituras. Caro y pesimo.
The times I called never answered. The emails never answered them. The only time I got them to answer me was as rude as possible and it took me more than 3 years to hand over my writings. Expensive and pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, brindan atención por medio de supuestos pasantes ,sin experiencia, estos quedan en un plazo para firmar y no cumplen, te dan una cita para firmar y de nada sirve, porque al final esperaras horas a que tengan listo todo, y cuando te entregan tu escritura tiene errores!! y no se hacen responsables, no quieren corregir porque segun ellos se leyó y como tu no te diste cuenta es tu culpa, o sea ?
Perdón!? qué tu les tienes que revisar su trabajo!!? . Ellos no son capaces ni de cotejar y leer que esten los datos bien!!. Mejor vayan a otra notaria, porque asi me puedo seguir describiendo el servicio de quinta que dan ahi. Vayan a otra notaria.
Terrible service, they provide care through supposed interns, without experience, these remain within a period to sign and do not comply, they give you an appointment to sign and it is useless, because in the end you will wait hours for everything to be ready, and when you deliver your writing has errors !! And they are not responsible, they do not want to correct because according to them it was read and since you did not realize it is your fault, that is?
Sorry!? what do you have to check their work !!? . They are not able to even check and read that the data is correct !!. Better go to another notary, because that way I can continue describing the fifth service they give there. Go to another notary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, para la apertura de unos testamentos me dieron un precio el cual corrobore con ellos varias veces, y el día que finalizamos el trámite me lo aumentaron a un 50% adicional, con un pésimo trato por parte de la Lic. Grelia Santamaría, muy prepotente y sin responsabilizarse de lo acordado, eviten pasar corajes y busquen otras opciones !!
Lousy service, for the opening of some wills they gave me a price which I supported with them several times, and the day we finished the procedure they increased it to an additional 50%, with a lousy treatment by Lic. Grelia Santamaría, very arrogant and without taking responsibility for what was agreed, avoid passing courage and look for other options!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al ir para cotizar un movimiento me dijeron que tendrían la santidad en dos días después de 3 semanas y estar marcando nucna me lo han proporcionado.
When I went to quote a movement they told me that they would have sanctity in two days after 3 weeks and to be marking they have never provided it to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención, la Lic. Grelia Santamaría poco profesional. En mi caso después de 1 mes no a quedado realizado mi trámite y nunca me busco para dar una explicación del retraso, las veces que llame se niega te piden tu número para regresarte la llamada y nunca te llama.
Bad attention, Lic. Grelia Santamaría unprofessional. In my case, after 1 month my procedure has not been completed and I never look for an explanation of the delay, the times I call they refuse they ask for your number to call you back and they never call you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concuerdo que efectivamente los precios son ambiguos y hay que leer muy bien y preguntar porque pareciera que pretenden confundir a los clientes en vez de asesorarlos como debe ser. Así que quien desee asistir debe estar muy atento antes de firmar cualquier cosa
I agree that prices are indeed ambiguous and you have to read very well and ask why it seems that they intend to confuse customers instead of advising them as it should be. So whoever wants to attend must be very attentive before signing anything
