★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan demasiado los trámites. Inicie mi trámite en enero 2020 pude haber firmado en marzo y a penas firme a finales de agosto.... Dicen que fue por la pandemia pero en enero febrero y marzo todavía no había restricciones por pandemia. Pero al final ya salió el trámite.
The procedures take too long. I started my process in January 2020 I could have signed in March and barely signed at the end of August .... They say it was due to the pandemic but in January, February and March there were still no restrictions due to pandemic. But in the end the process has already come out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experiencia con esa notaría!!! inicié mi trámite de escrituración en el 2017 y apenas hace dos semanas me entregaron las escrituras y esto después de años de dar vueltas y preguntar y llamar por teléfono y muchos corajes.
Y aún peor...ESTA MAL ESCRITO EL NOMBRE DE LA CALLE EN MI ESCRITURA, así q los cuatro años no sirvieron de nada si al final está mal.
Ya hace más de un año me quejé del mal servicio y me respondieron q en 15 días tendría mi escritura y como ven pasó más de un año para q me la dieran y mal.
Terrible experience with that notary! I started my deed process in 2017 and just two weeks ago they gave me the deeds and this after years of going around and asking and calling by phone and a lot of courage.
And even worse ... THE NAME OF THE STREET IS WRONG WRITTEN IN MY WRITING, so the four years were of no use if in the end it is wrong.
More than a year ago I complained about the bad service and they told me that in 15 days I would have my writing and as you can see it took more than a year for them to give it to me and bad.

Y la recepcionista del turno de las 3 de la tarde ni siquiera se digno a hablarle a un lic
Para saber si estaba todo en regla
Para poder firmar
Me retire y me fui a la notaría 8
Ahí sin problema enseguida me checaron las escrituras y en estos días las firmamos ahí
Ojo con las recepcionistas se sienten dueñas
