★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tramite tan sencillo que realicé no lo hicieron bien y sigo esperando que sea liberado despues de 3 meses. Eso si el pago fue por adelantado. La atención deja mucho que desear. El precio es estandard en comparación a las demas notarías.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención buena, haces el documento y ellos te lo quieren cobrar, tienen errores y no le gusta que se lo digan, para hacer una aclaratoria se demoran hasta 3 semanas y todavía sin respuesta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la persona que "brindo servicio" no explico el proceso detallado, al llegar se ve la falta de educación dentro de las instalaciones desde el saludo hasta la forma de solicitar documentos, no tienen tacto, al acudir a cita hacen pasar pésima experiencia al ponerte en una sala sin comentarte nada ni darte instrucciones de que se procederá a realizar. Los correos proporcionados para darle seguimiento al servicio no contestan y no funcionan, incluso "atendiendo" por whatsapp tienen cero comunicación. Muy molesta con el "servicio" recibido y la perdida de tiempo que nos hicieron tener.
Terrible service, the person who "provided service" did not explain the detailed process, upon arrival you see the lack of education within the facilities from the greeting to the way of requesting documents, they have no tact, when they go to an appointment they give a terrible experience by putting you in a room without commenting or giving you instructions on what will be done. The emails provided to follow up on the service do not answer and do not work, even "attending" by whatsapp they have zero communication. Very upset with the "service" received and the waste of time they made us have.
