I made a contract for the sale of a property since September 2019 and so far (June 2021) they have not delivered my deeds, I have already sent 5 emails to the notary and they do not respond to any, the contact person has lasted up to 1 month without reading My whatsapp and at the moment he has not read them for 1 week, the assistant of the Notary was to make an appointment with him 3 weeks ago and it is the date that he has not returned the call. I understand that the Notary may have a lot of work but my pending is part of his job I hope someone could attend to my case since the service of the notarial procedures is paid at the time of the sale and they have received very bad attention. I have already sent 6 emails to the Notary including the new one that put me in this publication and I still have no response, they have not delivered my deeds (I signed in Sept 2019 and we are in August 2021) very bad attention, without contacting me to give me status or the assistant of the Notary, nor the Lic who is attending me and much less the Notary, who does not answer any mail

Terrible service, since the end of 2019 I have been in the deed process and they told me that the documentation would be ready by the end of that year. We are already in August 2021 and when I speak they only take my message, they do not call me back to indicate the status. Seek service with someone you do want to work with. I update information, my process concluded in December 2021, 2 years after signing and payment; This process was very exhausting, and terrible attention is the last time I hired your services.

Terrible service, attention and zero professionals. I have since 2019 waiting for resolution of deeds. They comment that they communicate and they do not. Fidel and Czech kaeina do not provide adequate follow-up.

I have spent months trying to communicate with Lic. Efrén from this notary's office and he does not answer calls or messages, zero professionals. The occasions that he answered me, he only gave me long with my procedure, saying that in 3 weeks maybe it would be left. It's been 6 months since the last time you replied to me by message and I'm still waiting for an answer. Terrible service :/
