★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asco de servicio. Las recepcionistas pésimas en dar una solución. Tuve que esperar casi dos horas por que estaban en su "hora de comida" para que me entregaran mis escrituras.
Disgust of service. Terrible receptionists in giving a solution. I had to wait almost two hours because they were at their "lunch hour" for my deeds to be delivered to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cero atención al cliente, te atienden media hora (o más) después de tu cita. Muchos errores en la redacción de las escrituras y eso demora mucho tan sólo para firmar; peor aún, tardarán en entregarlas de 6 a 8 meses. Es una pena que banorte trabaje con ellos.
Zero customer service, they serve you half an hour (or more) after your appointment. Many errors in the writing of the deeds and that takes a long time just to sign; worse yet, they will take 6 to 8 months to deliver. It's a shame that banorte works with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de las mujeres que atienden la recepción y los teléfonos, igualitas a las que te atienden en el sector gobierno. Mal encaradas y poca calidad en atención al cliente. Si pueden evitar está notaría mejor.
