★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi caso sí me han atendido por teléfono pero el caso que llevan ya tardó casi un año, cuando dijeron que estaba en mes y medio, espero que mejoren en su tiempo de respuesta o que digan tiempos reales de trámites.
In my case, they have answered me by phone, but the case they have taken has taken almost a year, when they said it was in a month and a half, I hope they improve their response time or that they say real processing times.
