In my personal experience I do not recommend this notary, they take a long time to respond to the simplest procedure, they did not give me an answer in 3 weeks after I sent all the documents, I wrote every day to find out about my procedure and the only thing I received was pure excuses, that they had promotion in wills and that is why my procedure was not done and that graduates could only be written on Fridays ... The person who was going to be doing my paperwork was Ms. Andrea Santiago And to this day I have not received any message from her and that I also wrote to her by mail every 2 or 3 days, it is a lack of professionalism, I sent them a message saying that they no longer do any paperwork because I could not wait any longer And I have not received an apology until today for the loss of time I had, that shows what kind of "professionals" they have in that notary's office, I already did the procedure with another notary's office where they are actually professionals.

Terrible service. 3 months to be able to sign the deeds of a property that we sold. We called and the lawyer Giovanni never answered, after almost a month they tell us that he no longer works there. When we finally called VERY angry, they told us that in days everything was ready to sign the deeds. On the day of the signing of the deeds, AN INTERNSHIP who could not even answer basic questions (but was kind enough) was in charge of the signing and again the service was disastrous. It is very sad and we are left with a bad taste in our mouths because there we always do our paperwork but we see how the service has declined. We find ourselves in the need to change notary's office, with the news that in the new notary's office to which we went we signed some deeds in ONE WEEK, incredible that in others it can and not here.
