This notary is too slow, it's been almost 3 years now and they still can't deliver my deeds to me. And I tried to dial but they don't answer calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lento todo. Firmé una compra de terreno el 31 de Octubre y hoy 22 de Junio aun no están las Escrituras. En otro trámite también ahí con ellos, pagué para un trámite en Marzo y hoy 22 de junio, aun ni ingresan los papeles!! No recomiendo esta notaria. Es difícil que te contesten y los mensajes ya mejor los dejan en visto. Pagué como 17,000 de anticipo, sino ya me hubiera cambiado de notaría. Tienen muchísimo trabajo y solo 2 personas trabajando.
Very slow everything. I signed a land purchase on October 31 and today June 22 the Scriptures are still missing. In another procedure also there with them, I paid for a procedure in March and today June 22, even they do not enter the papers! I do not recommend this notary. It is difficult for them to answer you and the messages are better left in sight. I paid like 17,000 in advance, otherwise I would have changed my notary's office. They have a lot of work and only 2 people working.
