Feregrino muy atento y siempre estuvo en contacto conmigo para resolver mis dudas, muy rápido el proceso y muy profesional, solo falta la entrega de mis escrituras pero debo esperar los 2 meses que se estipula por los tramites. la recomiendo.. cuando me entreguen mis escrituras le daré las 5 estrellas. I made my purchase process and Lic. Nos cobraron isr por enajenación y a casi 2 meses de haberles pagado, no nos mandan los comprobantes y acuses de pago ante el SAT siendo que eso debe quedar a mas tardar 15 dias después de la operación. PURAS EVASIVAS Y NO RESPONDEN NI POR TELEFONO NI POR MAIL. Terrible attention. At your Notary we sign the sale of a property. They charged us ISR for alienation and almost 2 months after having paid them, they do not send us the vouchers and acknowledgments of payment to the SAT, since this must be no later than 15 days after the operation. PURE EVASIVES AND DO NOT ANSWER NEITHER BY PHONE NOR BY MAIL.

He llamado y el día que me citan se han los que no saben y me vuelven a dar otra cita. Es increíble que no valoren el tiempo de las personas. E	Eduardo Espinosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima. Una serie de omisiones que te afectan, no hacen su trabajo. No inscriben escrituras ni declaran nada de impuestos. No pagaron impuesto de traslado de dominio el cual me entere 4 años después por requerimiento del municipio con recargos y tuve que verlo directamente y la notaria solo evade, la inscripción en registro publico menos y con el tiempo me siguen saliendo problemas por lo que no hicieron. Un dolor de cabeza, pero eso si cobran por lo que no hacen. Lousy A series of omissions that affect you, do not do their job. They do not register deeds or declare anything about taxes. Ya van 8 meses y no me han entregado escritura, siempre ponen pretextos cuando marco. Pésimos. Si alguien mas tiene problemas propongo unirnos para ir con SEGOB a denunciarlos.
