★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi caso tardaron 6 meses para entregar escritura de compraventa. Al revisarla me percate que la dirección del inmueble está erronea. Deja mucho que desear el trabajo de esta notaría. El personal no atiende con eficiencia.
In my case it took 6 months to deliver deed of sale. When checking it I noticed that the address of the property is wrong. It leaves much to be desired by the work of this notary. The staff does not attend efficiently.

Terrible service the notary is badly faced even when you pay him, if he wants he attends you he does not even answer the call, the service he gives is terrible, in the end we ask for our money back!
