v	veronica mendoza ramos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo más de 8 horas, esperando una escritura la cual me comentaron que podía pasar, COBRAN 1200 POR LA BUSQUEDA DE LAS ESCRITURAS ( Que realice con ellos, por medio de Infonavit) las secretarias no te atienden bien, te ignoran, te retan. De verdad que nunca había sufrido de un servicio tan pésimo. Estoy completamente, molesta y frustrada! I have more than 8 hours, waiting for a deed which they told me could happen, THEY CHARGE 1200 FOR THE SEARCH OF THE SCRIPTURES (That I do with them, through Infonavit) the secretaries do not attend you well, they ignore you, they challenge you. No recomiendo para nada solicitar sus servicios, entiendo que hay procesos y que todo tiene un responsable, pero en este caso el Notario como qué pasa de noche haciendo su trabajo. Nunca me entregaron mis escrituras, las cuales estaban mal desde la expedición del primer testimonio, me hacen que pague por un tercer testimonio en el que no se percatan del error en la escritura original, por lo que solicito nuevamente se corrija y sigo esperando que me resuelvan, provocando pérdidas y daños que por supuesto no les genera alguna responsabilidad, el servicio es responder “aquí yo sólo soy la recepcionista “ no puedo hacer nada... y son profesionistas ?. K	Kristian Quintana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo Atención y servicio por parte del personal encargado de los expedientes de infonavit, no me sorprende que no sea el único que les comenta por este medio para expresar molestia, indignación e impotencia, ?, 40 dias perdidos en un expediente de infonavit entregando toda la documentación en tiempo y forma, nunca fueron profesionales en llevar el proceso de tramite, se esperaron al periodo de vencimiento de recursos para poder validar un documento cuando tuvieron 40 días para poder hacerlo y culpando a terceros por su falta de ineficacia, cuando te dicen que te regresan la llamada en 15 minutos eso jamaz sucede. (Al menos por atencion), Nunca volveré a llevar ningún expediente ni tramite en esta notaria. También extenderé mi reporte y queja ante el infonavit. S	Sandra Millan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, pésimo servicio, perdida de tiempo y dinero que me cobraron por no hacer nada con mi trámite de Infonavit. Se tardaron más de 4 semanas con mis papeles y solo al final me dicen que tengo que pagar 4000 pesos de impuestos. Y le piden a mi comprador papeles de un día para otro y le hacen firmar su carta de retención y cuando los llevamos nos dicen que el trámite fue rechazado por vencimiento. Las secretarias están de adorno y el notario no se da cuenta de la gente tan ineficiente que "trabaja" para el, y además cuando retire mi expediente me cobraron 250 pesos q si no pagas no te los entregan. No les recomiendo para ningún tipo de trámite esta notaría yo ya puse mi queja ante Infonavit. Ustedes también pongan su queja para que no sigan haciendo perder dinero y tiempo a la gente que si trabaja Terrible attention, terrible service, waste of time and money that they charged me for not doing anything with my Infonavit process.
