★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención telefónica y en persona es pésima. La recepcionista contesta de forma muy descortés y grosera. Nos hicieron dar un par de vueltas para recoger nuestro documento y encima la enojada es la recepcionista. No le costaba nada llamar al celular e informar que el documento no estaría listo a las horas que nos dijeron que podíamos pasar a recogerlos.
 Telephone and in-person support is lousy. The receptionist answers in a very impolite and rude way. They made us give a couple of turns to pick up our document and on top of that, the angry one is the receptionist. It was easy for him to call the cell phone and inform that the document would not be ready at the time they told us we could pick them up.

The receptionist thinks she's the notary's affidavit hahaha that's why the terrible attention. Good luck to all cos your paperwork.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bajo mi perspectiva ( "hablando de mi experiencia" ) es una Notaría donde no se respeta el orden en que llegas, está al parecer rebasada por el trabajo y la recepción no es amigable....sin embargo parecen ser eficientes en los trámites esperemos a ver que sucede con el mio en particular...
From my perspective ("speaking of my experience") it is a Notary where the order in which you arrive is not respected, it seems to be overwhelmed by work and the reception is not friendly... however, they seem to be efficient in the procedures, let's hope Let's see what happens with mine in particular...

Atención de licenciada Gabriela deficiente y poco profesional. Queda en hablar y jamas se reporta.
Antes era un muy buen servicio, ahora dejan muchísimo que desear.
