★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está en una plaza comercial y hay que pagar estacionamiento $20 aunque tardes menos de 1 minuto para recoger o entregar un papel en la recepción. No he tenido muy buena experiencia en mi procedimiento legal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, demasiadas excusas, costos adicionales y no respetan las cotas, ni mucho menos el pago por el servicio, es más ni la cotización envían a tiempo.
Terrible service, too many excuses, additional costs and they do not respect the quotas, much less the payment for the service, it is more nor the quote they send on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al firmar una escritura de compraventa salieron a ultima hora supuestos gastos que teníamos que pagar. Se han tardado más de 5 meses en entregar la escritura que aun no tengo. Para todo piden moches. No te contestan el teléfono y cuando se comunican te dejan esperando más de 10 minutos y te cuelgan la llamada. Ya hay muchas quejas de esta notaría, por favor evitenla... Dicen que el notario no va y no quiere firmar ningún documento, por eso es tan tardado y muy poco porfesional.
When signing a deed of sale, supposed expenses that we had to pay came out at the last minute. It has taken more than 5 months to deliver the deed that I still do not have. They ask for moches for everything. They do not answer the phone and when they communicate they leave you waiting for more than 10 minutes and they hang up the call. There are already many complaints from this notary's office, please avoid it ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cero profesionales, hicimos en trámite de una casa y no te explican bien los documentos a llenar, nos dejaron la papelería para leerla y nos dijeron firman aquí. Firmamos todas las hojas con pluma negra... Y al final era con azul... Hay no les dije verdad ?.
Y otra vez.
Nos citaron a las 3:30 pm salimos a las 6:00, tiempo útil Solo 30 minutos.
El resto esperando nada porque solo era cosa de firmar, nos dejaron solos con las hojas 3 horas para "leerlas" hasta que me pare y fui a buscar a la señorita hasta su cubículo.
Las dudas... Ninguna aclarada, solo te revuelven más...
No lo recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo un tramite pendiente con esta Notaria desde Abril 2021, hasta la fecha no ha quedado por errores que hicieron en la misma Notaria. Lamentablmente es un pesimo servicio y no he encontrado forma de que el Notario tome cartas en el asunto. No hay respeto a los clientes y se trata de cosas delicadas.
I have a pending procedure with this Notary since April 2021, to date there have been no errors made in the Notary itself. Unfortunately it is a terrible service and I have not found a way for the Notary to take action on the matter. There is no respect for customers and it is about delicate things.
