Teníamos una cita, pagamos el servicio por adelantado sólo para que nos dijeran que la persona que podía certificar el documento no estaba allí. Nos dijeron que debíamos volver mañana a las 2pm y nos prometieron que estaría listo para entonces; sólo para llegar y que el documento no estuviera listo. El notario estaba almorzando, nadie pudo decirnos por qué estaba tardando tanto y la respuesta fue "así es como hacemos las cosas aquí". Al pedir información más específica, nos dijeron que el precio era incorrecto y nos pidieron que pagáramos cuatro veces más de lo que nos habían presupuestado originalmente, cuando todos los documentos habían sido enviados por adelantado y todos los detalles específicos fueron supuestamente aclarados antes de la cita. Muy decepcionados y no se lo recomendaría a nadie. Extremely unprofessional treatment - very disappointing service. They continually gave us different information about prices and services. We had an appointment, we paid for the service in advance only to be told that the person who could certify the document was not there. They told us we should come back tomorrow at 2pm and promised it would be ready by then; only to arrive and that the document was not ready. The notary was having lunch, no one could tell us why it was taking so long and the answer was "this is how we do things here." When asking for more specific information, we were told that the price was wrong and asked us to pay four times what we had originally been quoted, when all the documents had been sent in advance and all the specific details were supposedly clarified before the appointment. . Very disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone.
