Francisco Gómez Duarte diciendo que me van a entregar documentos de liberación de propiedad por correo ; cosa que a mí parecer ese no es el procedimiento e incluso me menciono a otra lic.Claudia Lara Jiménez. Que es la que auténtico los documentos. Creo que a mí parecer son llamadas de extorsión y deberían de poner en su página algo de procedimiento para que no caigan en el juego de esas personas y manchan su notaría. El notario nos atendio una hora tarde, realizo el contrato de compraventa, cuando lo leyo no se escuchaba porque la gente de afuera hacia mucho ruido, se despidio antes de que firmaramos el contrato. Nos cobraron $5000 y ni una pluma tenian para que firmaramos el contrato (no es broma). Terrible service!!! The notary attended us an hour late, he made the contract of sale, when he read it he could not hear it because the people outside made a lot of noise, he said goodbye before we signed the contract. They charged us $ 5000 and they didn't have a pen for us to sign the contract (not kidding).

Personalmente me atendieron vía telefónica, la Señorita rastreo mi copia de escritura, pese al tiempo que había pasado sin ir por ella. Al llegar,Vel tiempo de atención y pago fue muy corto. Desde el 2019 estamos solicitando un segundo testimonio de escrituración y ahora nos salen que ya está en archivo cuando tiene menos de 5 años! Es increíble que una institución bancaria siga trabajando con este tipo de personas que no tienen educación ni profesionalismo. Terrible customer service. Its inept and rude staff. They sabotage you and complicate the taxpayer's obligations. Since 2019 we are requesting a second deed testimony and now we get that it is already on file when it is less than 5 years old! Además mucho más caro que otras notarías y todavía quieren que haga la compra venta (de algo que aún no concluyen ellos) con ellos, cobrando el 6%. Pésimos. They mishandled my case of some deeds and because of them I have to do more paperwork myself. They give me long and it's been 3 years since I paid them. In addition, much more expensive than other notaries and they still want me to make the sale (of something that they have not yet concluded) with them, charging 6%. Lousy.
J	Jose Luis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo Servicio, te dan largas por su culpa tienes que hacer mas tramites por que dejan vencer las cosas, solo te dan largas y te contestan mal, el Lic. Edgar Barsse solo te da largas y no resuelve nada. Te dicen una fecha y no la cumplen, y ademas precios super elevados. Tramites de infonavit ni de chiste lo recomiendo. Las secretarias te contestan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor, les preguntas por el tramite y no saben ni de que les hablas. No se puede pero por mi serian 0 estrellas. Terrible Service, they put you off because of them, you have to do more paperwork because they let things expire, they only put you off and answer you badly, Lic. Edgar Barsse only puts you off and doesn't solve anything. They tell you a date and they don't meet it, and also super high prices. Infonavit procedures or joke I recommend it. The secretaries answer you as if they were doing you a favor, you ask them about the process and they don't even know what you're talking about. You can't but for me it would be 0 stars.
