I went to this place because I needed an apostille and certified letters. It was my turn to be assisted by Lic. Adriana de la Cruz. To begin with, the receptionist knew nothing about requirements / cost etc. I explained that I live in the city but I needed to do the process in Gdl. He transferred me with the Lic who answered the call very reluctantly, as if in a hurry and reluctantly gave me information. When I asked him for an appointment to do my paperwork, he refused with the excuse that I had to go to his schedule to see if he had time to help me. He did not care that I told him that he was from outside Gdl and he also had to take 4 more people who were going to sign the certified letters. SHE WANTED 4 PEOPLE TO LEAVE ALL OF THEIR DUTIES TO GO TO SEE IF THEY HAD TIME TO HELP US. I thanked him and looked for another notary who cares about his clients. Terrible place

6 months ago my grandfather paid MXN 51,000 to write two houses, the second week of January I asked for the priority number thanks to a very kind person from the registry who explained the protocol to me. Mr. Gabriel Covarrubias who leads our business was telling us that "practically the entire package was already registered since November 2019". It was not until February 4 of this year that Mr. WhatsApp passed me an image of the registration ticket dated January 31. Today I contacted him again and he hung up when I asked him for copies of everything he has done and our original deeds of the two houses since we have nothing. Before hanging up he told me that everything was on record and he had nothing. I communicated again to the notary to ask to speak with the person in charge of the office and after explaining the problem to the receptionist lady, she told me that "how are your deeds not could help me" and that "if I had to go to other measures I would do it", referring to file a complaint with the school of notaries and the general secretary of government. In April, 3 years have passed with this simple matter and approximately 80,000 pesos of fees in total. Very unfortunate that the last savings pesos of my grandfather with 86 years of age, all his confidence and only money he had for his health has fallen into the hands of bad people.
