★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevamos un contrato de arrendamiento para que fuese ratificado por el notario, y despues de 3 días hábiles en los cuales intentamos comunicarnos por telefono sin exito y sin recibir una llamada de parte de ellos, fuimos informados que la ratificación había subido de precio a mas del doble. Ya que el notario o notaria consideraba que había que modificarlo.
No solo cambiaron el precio inicial sino que ademas nos hicieron perder mas de 4 dias de nuestro tiempo para nada.
We had a lease to be ratified by the notary, and after 3 business days in which we tried to communicate by phone without success and without receiving a call from them, we were informed that the ratification had risen in price to more than double. Since the notary or notary considered that it had to be modified.
Not only did they change the initial price but they also made us lose more than 4 days of our time for nothing.
