★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo nada esta notaria, los licenciados incluyendo el titular estuvieron vendiendo propiedades sin estar seguro que los prediales se pudieran poner a nombre del propietario. Esto fue en torres de departamentos en San Nicolas. Hay muchas propiedades que siguen sin poder cambiarles el predial a su nombre. Personalmente batallé muchísimo y ellos sabiendo que estaba esta situación por dinero se prestaron a esto. A mi me tardaron más de 8 meses en entregarme mis escrituras. NO CONFÍEN EN ESTE NOTARIO
I do not recommend anything this notary, the licensees including the owner were selling properties without being sure that the property could be put in the name of the owner. This was in apartment towers in San Nicolas. There are many properties that still cannot change the property in their name. Personally, I struggled a lot and they, knowing that this situation was there for money, lent themselves to this. It took me more than 8 months to deliver my deeds. DO NOT TRUST THIS NOTARY

Very friendly people; the El Álamo route leaves you there, and you can take it on the street where the transpaís central is located.
