To charge I'm very good but to give you the service take years, I even paid extra because I wanted speed and they did not deliver the documents to me as we agreed it is incredible that appearing from the negative comments that they have not interested ... it is a terrible service I do not recommend them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked with 3-4 notaries here in playa del carmen already, but what I realized here was the worst. we bought a land, notary confirmed that there is no debit. Turned out there is lots of debit. Also getting the final papers after 6 months!!!! and on the phone they said always that papers will be ready next week - next week - next week.... Awful service - never ever recommend it! And also on the e-mails do not wait any answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't waste your time and money with this notary. They misspelled a name on the document even though I paid "extra" to expedite their job. By reading the other reviews I'm not the first to pay extra for this. After they refused to correct their own mistake. Shame
