★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llevo 3 años y no he podido escriturar, primeramente me atendió la Lic. jessica, luedo la Lic. Ariana y actualmente me esta atendiendo la Lic. Liliana, he entregado todos los documentos que me piden para escriturar y no pasa nada , no dan seguimiento a las cosas, es desesperante tener que tratar con estas personas , muy malas en su trabajo, no recomiendo esta notaria, espero y me atiendan y pueda escriturar pronto.
Terrible service, I have been 3 years and I have not been able to notarize, firstly I was attended by Lic. Jessica, then Lic. Ariana and currently Lic. Liliana is attending me, I have delivered all the documents that they ask me to write and nothing happens, they do not follow up on things, it is exasperating to have to deal with these people, very bad at their work, I do not recommend this notary, I hope and they will attend to me and I can write soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención de parte de la Lic. Castro. Llevamos un año esperando el trámite de liberación de escrituras. Y nos contesta que el IMSS no le responde. No hace el seguimiento adecuado. Se les pago por adelantado según lo que nos indicaron.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realicé un trámite de compra venta con Infonavit y en general hubo una buena atención, resolvieron todas mis dudas y me entregaron mis documentos en el tiempo que indicaron. El único problema que veo es la comunicación ya que en ocasiones es difícil contactarlos aún teniendo varios números de teléfono.
I carried out a purchase and sale process with Infonavit and in general there was good service, they solved all my doubts and they gave me my documents in the time indicated. The only problem I see is communication since sometimes it is difficult to contact them even with several phone numbers.
