No te dan la información, te dejan en espera, registran tu número para no responder tus llamadas, les tengo que marcar de números nuevos para que me respondan. Llevamos más de dos años esperando por nuestro trámite. Aconsejo ir a otra notaria, en lo personal estoy investigando donde presentar una queja a nivel estatal, para dar aviso y evitar que otras personas sean víctimas del desinterés que tienen estos empleados por sus clientes. Estoy desde hace un año y medio en espera de que me hagan entrega de mi escritura, pero resulta que no la tienen porque su contador no ha autorizado los pagos correspondientes a uno de los trámites que debe hacer la notaría y por el cual yo pagué. Hace tiempo escrituré con ellos y me originaron un problema invirtiendo los propietarios de dos casas, esto debido a un mal asesoramiento de su parte. En su momento les notifiqué del asunto, asesorado de abogados externos que contraté, pero se negaron a corregirlo. Veo que en general varias personas se quejan del servicio, seguimiento, profesionalismo y ética. No sé porque está notaría sigue funcionando si presenta varias quejas e irregularidades. Ojalá se hicieran auditorías y se formalizarán los servicios que ofrece, de otra manera están ofreciendo una atención deficiente y quién sabe si fraudulenta.
