Normalmente hay que marcar 2 o 3 veces para poder comunicarse con alguien, si no responden en la recepción, no responden en la extensión, o dejan en espera la llamada mucho tiempo para decir que llame más tarde.
Yo tardé más de un mes detrás de ellos para que me den una escritura que deberían tener lista desde el año pasado.
Me dijeron que finalmente estaría lista la semana siguiente, me pidieron que me comunicara un día antes de la entrega para confirmar horario y cuando marqué me dijeron que no estaba lista, que verían si era posible que me la entregaran la siguiente semana.
No es la primera vez que cuando llamo para dar seguimiento a mi trámite, me da la impresión de que no han hecho absolutamente nada en todo el mes desde que empecé a presionarlos.

Normally you have to dial 2 or 3 times to get through to someone, if they don't answer at the reception, they don't answer at the extension, or they put the call on hold for a long time to say to call later.
I spent more than a month behind them for them to give me a deed that should have been ready since last year.
They told me that it would finally be ready the following week, they asked me to contact me a day before the delivery to confirm the time and when I dialed they told me that it was not ready, that they would see if it was possible to deliver it to me the following week.
It is not the first time that when I call to follow up on my process, I get the impression that they have done absolutely nothing in the whole month since I started pressuring them.
