Sí estás considerando contratar los servicios de este remedo de Notaría, te recomiendo que no lo hagas: En 2016 inició mi clienta su trámite de escrituración de una donación y compra-venta. El Notario Vaquier No sólo no presentó el Segundo Aviso Preventivo en tiempo (lo que provocó que entrara un embargo sobre el inmueble de mi clienta), sino que le cobró $40,000.00 de más sobre lo que la Ley del Notariado le autoriza, y hasta el día de hoy (31 de mayo de 2018) no le ha devuelto su dinero ni reparado el daño causado. Vaquier y el gestor Roberto Brambila roban en despoblado, abusan, mienten, se esconden y se regodean de su impunidad. Todo cae por su propio peso y sus procesos están en trámite, pero si yo fuera tú, cuidaría mi patrimonio y mi cartera y me iría a una Notaría sería y responsable, con un Notario íntegro y no con este par de raterillos miserables. #Vaquier # Notaria39Puebla Terrible! En otra notaría ( la notaria 7) trámite lo mismo (escrituras) y en 2 meses me entregaron las escrituras. De verdad no es posible. No me lo están haciendo gratis. Ya liquidamos todo...!!!!
