★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, solo se la pasan dando vueltas a los trámites y no avanzan, nunca contestan teléfonos y se excusan con el pretexto de que tienen mucho trabajo.
Terrible service, they just go around the paperwork and do not move forward, they never answer the phones and excuse themselves on the pretext that they have a lot of work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio: agilidad en los trámites, muy buena atención en recepción y en general de todos los empleados, se adaptan a tus necesidades, te hablan con honestidad sobre los detalles de tus documentos, tienen costos muy competitivos, evitan la aglomeración de personas lo cual es molesto para algunos porque primero te sientan en un área de espera, pero para mí está muy bien por los riesgos de la pandemia.
No te hacen esperar sin sentido como en otras notarías, respetan la agenda, si tienen tu documento te lo entregan, si no te dicen cuando puedes pasar a recogerlo.
En términos generales muy bien!
Good service: agility in the procedures, very good service at reception and in general from all employees, they adapt to your needs, they speak honestly about the details of your documents, they have very competitive costs, they avoid the crowding of people which It is annoying for some because they first seat you in a waiting area, but for me it is very good because of the risks of the pandemic.
They do not make you wait without meaning as in other notaries, they respect the agenda, if they have your document they give it to you, if they do not tell you when you can come to pick it up.
In general terms very good!
