estoy muy molesta, ya que requerí un tramite, y con cita no hicieron el trabajo adecuado. realice 20 hras de camino hasta la ciudad de colima y me tope con que no estaba realizado el tramite. me atendio el Lic Cesar ures, no obstante su secretaria lo negaba todo el tiempo. Pesimo servicio. falta fe seriedad

I am very upset, since I required a paperwork, and by appointment they did not do the right job. I made 20 hours on the way to the city of Colima and I found that the procedure was not carried out.
